World Enviromnet Day

Every 5th of June, through various activities around the plate the World Environment Day is celebrated. This day is celebrated since 1972 when the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment was held in Stockholm. The conference brought together 113 countries which were prepared a joint declaration on the need for international cooperation to protect the environment. Protection program is called the UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme).
This year, the theme of World Environment Day is ” Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care.
