In accordance with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the United Nations Development Programme (Official Gazette, International Agreements No. 11/88), Project Document signed between the Ministry of Mining and Energy, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the United Nations Development Programme (in hereinafter referred to as UNDP), as well as the Letter of Understanding between the Ministry of mining and Energy and the United Nations development Programme (UNDP), the Ministry of Mining and Energy, on 8 May 2015, announced a public tender for grants for the construction of combined power and heat from biomass/biogas.
